GRANCACIO

Grancacio is a seasoned cheese (almost solid), spun curd type. It has an oval form, its weight is between 8 and 9 kg. It has a soft taste, aromatic, with an aftertaste of nuts. The surface is compact and straw-yellow color; inside it presents some little and dense occhiaturas (holes in the cheese). The paste is compact, rubbery, but elastic when it’s cut.

Since it’s a seasoned cheese, the expiry date is merely indicative (if the conservation precautions are respected)
