Buffalo Milk Mozzarella
Buffalo milk mozzarella is a cream cheese (spun curd type) made only with controlled buffalo milk. It has white milky color and has no spots (yellow or black points). This kind of mozzarella has an external surface (1 millimeter), very smooth. It is soft and has no crust and it has slightly sour flavor, with an aftertaste of almond.
